Where are you based?
We’re based in Denver, Colorado, and regularly serve Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, and mountain resorts across Colorado. We also love to travel—whether it’s across the state or all the way to Manhattan, we’ll bring the Brightside vibes wherever your event takes place.

Can you print our logo on the drinks?
Absolutely. Logo matcha lattes are one of our most requested upgrades. We can also design custom menus, signage, and bottled drink labels to showcase your brand beautifully.
How many guests can you serve?
We scale to your needs—whether it’s an intimate party of 30 or a conference of thousands. Our team will recommend the best setup so your guests enjoy smooth, efficient service.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on guest count, service hours, travel, and customizations. The fastest way to get an exact quote is to fill out our Brightside Matcha inquiry form—you’ll hear back from a real person right away.
What do you need from the venue?
Just a standard 20-amp outlet and a relatively flat 5x5 space for setup. That’s it—no kitchen or water access needed.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking several months ahead for weddings, conferences, and peak seasons, but we also accommodate last-minute events whenever possible.
To secure your date, we require only a $50 save-the-date deposit—credited back on your final invoice. Once you’re ready, lock in your spot early!
